Northfield Common Website

Northfield Common is a diverse and historical shopping center located in the village of Pittsford, NY. The story of how the common came to be, the quaint shops, and their location along the Erie Canal, are only a few of the many things that make it “an uncommon place to shop.”

When privileged with the chance to redesign the Northfield Common website, we wanted to portray such words as “clean” and “elegant”. It was important to us that the design of the site almost go “unnoticed” and that the shops and historical information “do all the talking”. Some of the features found in this site include a community calendar all shop owners can post events to, an organized list of all the shops, and a content management system that allows the site admin to easily update all of the information on the site.
